Returns and Exchanges:

 

  • All products purchased from The Drumline Network must be returned within 15 days of the date of receipt.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new and resalable condition. This means the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all included accessories, and with no signs of wear or damage.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items:

 

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, contains a misprint, or has other incorrect features, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item.

  • To request a replacement, exchange, or full refund for such items, please email customerservice@drumlinenetwork.com and include a description of the issue, along with clear photos if applicable.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges:

  • Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where items are exchanged due to incorrect or faulty merchandise.

Return Procedure:

  • Prior to returning any item, customers must contact customerservice@drumlinenetwork.com to initiate the return process

  • Upon contacting us, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • It is essential to obtain an RMA number and receive confirmation that your return will be accepted before sending back any items.
